*As this is an online program, it's open to members in all locations*The Get Trimmer Challenge is a 6 week group weight loss program. The aim is to help you reach your healthy goals through forming lifelong healthy eating and exercise habits.
You'll be given weekly plans and guidelines, and will also receive regular healthy lifestyle tips (not limited to fitness and nutrition), answers to your questions and a lot of resources to help you on your healthy journey.
Access to weekly plans & resources and a private forum to interact with the organiser and all members makes this challenge educational, enjoyable and successful for all.
Be prepared to dedicate some time and effort into this to see the results you desire :)
